The impedance load SAW sensor used in this research has the merit of wireless, lightweight, and inexpensive without requiring power supply and maintenance, and it is promising for health monitoring of bridges by using it as a vibration sensor . In this study, we assumed the bridges that caused internal damage, and experimentally examined the change of vibration characteristics by the size of internal damage using PET resin plate.
