Temperature dependence of the proportional coefficient of diffusion coefficient of the OH groups to their concentration in Arrhenius plot showed silight diffrerence between the silica glass containing containing 100 wt ppm of OH and no OH at hither temperarure than 1100°C. The diffirence might be derived from the error in the analysis. Then, we tried to analyze a more reliable method that determined the diffusion coefficient by fitting the theoretical curve to the experimental data.
