The antenna width dependence of nonreciprocity of magnetostatic surface waves (MSSW) was investigated theoretically. The nonreciprocity was successfully modified by changing an excitation antenna width. The nonreciprocal parameter, which is the spin wave intensity under negative bias field divided by that under positive bias field, increases at the beginning, but tends to decrease with increasing antenna. Micromangetic simulations revealed that the decrease tendency originates from the rapid decrease in the in-plane excitation field compared to the perpendicular excitation field with increasing antenna width.
