Transition metal phthalocyanine has growing attention as new spintronics material because of it has a characteristic magnetism derived from center metal ion. At the last meeting, our group reported that differences is occurred between Pt/MgO and Pt/Fe-Phthalocyanine (FePc)/MgO compared magnetoresistance (MR) effect. In this study, we will report detail analysis result of the MR effect and the X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) of Fe-ion.
