Measurement temperature dependence of CPP-GMR effects in Heusler alloy based junctinos were investigated. The core structure of CPP-junctions was Co₂Fe_0.4Mn_0.6Si/Ag₃Mg/Co₂Fe_0.4Mn_0.6Si and ultra-thin Fe or Mg inserts were used for the interfaces between the Co₂Fe_0.4Mn_0.6Si and Ag₃ layers. The temperature dependence of magnetoresistance effects will be discussed.
