This time, by changing the solvent of the GO dispersion from water to an NMP (N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone) aqueous solution to improve the hydrophilicity of the GO dispersion on the Si substrate surface, uniform and stable sample of film thickness (25 nm) could be prepared. In this presentation, we report the influence of the biaxial electric field applied at the time of drying on the rGO film quality for the sample prepared by the spin coating method.
