[19a-131-3] Measurement of Multi-photon Luminescence for Distribution of Eu2+ and Eu3+ Ions Doped CaF2 Single Crystal Grown by Different Method

We succeeded in measuring the distribution of Eu2+ and Eu3+ ions as luminescent center three dimensionally and nondestructively. Distribution of Eu2+ and Eu3+ ions are measured respectively, because of difference between Eu2+ and Eu3+ fluorescence spectrums. By this method, we found heterogeneity of Eu2+ ions grown by annealing method. And we found difference of heterogeneity of Eu2+ ions between tale side and seed side.
