△ [19a-131-3] Measurement of Multi-photon Luminescence for Distribution of Eu²⁺ and Eu³⁺ Ions Doped CaF₂ Single Crystal Grown by Different Method

We succeeded in measuring the distribution of Eu²⁺ and Eu³⁺ ions as luminescent center three dimensionally and nondestructively. Distribution of Eu²⁺ and Eu³⁺ ions are measured respectively, because of difference between Eu²⁺ and Eu³⁺ fluorescence spectrums. By this method, we found heterogeneity of Eu²⁺ ions grown by annealing method. And we found difference of heterogeneity of Eu²⁺ ions between tale side and seed side.
