前々回の秋季講演会にて、シリコンウェーハにおいて表面再結合が起きている場合でも、その効果を理論的に分離・除外することによって、自由キャリアのバルク寿命を評価する方法の理論を示した。今回は、その理論においては無視していたキャリア励起用レーザのウェーハ内減衰の効果も取り入れた場合の厳密解を示す。
