BiFe1-xCoxO3 thin film is ferromagnetic ferroelectric material at room temperature and expected to show magnetization reversal by electric field. In our previous study, magnetization reversal was observed in a limited area where two of four ferroelectric variants made a stripe pattern. In this study, we prepared BiFe1-xCoxO3 thin film on a miscut substrate to eliminate two kinds of ferroelectric variants. The sample exhibited the stripe ferroelectric domains propagating along to miscut direction. Correlation of ferroelectric/ferromagnetic domains was investigated.
