Recently, we developed a new high-resolution silver electrodes printing process SuPR-NaP®. In this method, the ink which involves unique coexistence of dispersion stability and surface reactivity is used. To clarify the origin of these stability and reactivity, we investigated an effect of dispersion media. By measuring the size distribution function of silver nanoparticles in inks of different dispersion media compositions and evaluating printed electrodes with these inks, we found that dispersion media composition has a great effect on stability and reactivity.
