Addition of artificial pinning center (APC) is indispensable for applying superconducting wire rod in magnetic field, among which spherical APC is expected to improve anisotropy of critical current density (Jc) in magnetic field.In this research, in order to apply superconducting power devices under liquid nitrogen supercooling temperature (65K), for improvement the anisotropy of J_c in the field Y_{1 + x}Ba₂Cu₃O_y (Y_{1 + x} BCO ) thin films were grown and the effect of x on the J_c properties were investigated.
