[19a-PB2-20] Deposition of YBa₂Cu₃O_y coated conductors by PLD method with self-heating technique of metal substrate

The purpose of this study is to suppress the occurrence of a-axis oriented grains due to REBCO thickening.
We deposited and evaluated YBa₂Cu₃O_y coated conductors by PLD ( Plused laser deposition ) method with self-heating technique of metal substrate.
Self-heating system of a metal use Joule heat due to the electric resistance of the metal substrate.
