We previously proposed a parity-time (PT-) symmetric coupled resonator array based on buried-heterostructure photonic crystal lasers, as a PT-symmetric optical platform with potential fine controllability and scalability. Here, we experimentally report a system of two coupled photonic crystal lasers, which shows loss-induced suppression and revival of oscillation in its emission spectrum, under controlled electric pumping via current injection for each nanocavity.
