Keywords:phase change material, terahertz spectroscopy

Ge-Sb-Te phase change materials exhibit reversible phase switching between amorphosu and cyrstalline states that cause significant change in electrica and optical properties. In this study, we carried out terahertz time-domain spectroscopy in Ge2Sb2Te5 phase change material and found that optical properties in terahertz frequency range drastically vary depending on the phases.
