[19p-231C-14] One-dimensional growth of C8-BTBT nanowires on nanometric patterned SiO2 surface

In this research, we tried to fabricate organic nanowires (NWs) on nanopatterned SiO 2 substrate based on graphoepitaxy technique. The line and space patterns were transfered on SiO 2 substrate by electron beam lithography. The 7-dioctyl [1] benzothieno [3,2-b] [1] benzothiophene (C8-BTBT) was deposited on the line & space patterned SiO 2 substrate. We confirmed the formation of NWs by one-dimensional growth on the line pattterns (the pattern terraces). The details will be demonstrated on this presentation.
