[19p-PB1-10] Electron-ion Mixed Conduction of Yb-doped BaPr_0.9Yb_0.1O_3-d Thin Film with Mixed Valence States

We have prepared the Yb-doped BaPrO₃ (BaPr_0.9Yb_0.1O_3-d) thin film with electron-ion mixed conduction by RF magnetron sputtering and charcterized its ionic conductivity at intermedfiate temperature region. Furthemore, we also studied the electronic structure by soft-X-Ray spectroscopy.
