[19p-PB1-9] Chemical Stability of Ba(Ce_1-xTi_x)_yY_1-yO₃ Thin Film Prepared by RF Magnetron Sputtering

We have prepared the Ba(Ce_1-xTi_x)_yY_1-yO₃ thin film by RF magnetron sputtering and characterized its ionic conductivity and chemical stability. In this presentation, we report the detailed electronic structure and electrical conductivity in term of chemical stability of the thin film.
