The previous works for the Interaction forces in nanoscale has been done in the past decade. The Casimir force is focused by many research groups as one of the interaction forces. In a nanoscale, the electrostatic force should be canceled by applying a voltage to the sample due to the contact potential difference(CPD) between tip and sample. However, it is not a trivial task to measure the CPD when it depends on the distance. Thus, the way to evaluate the cancellation of the electrostatic force is needed for the Casimir force measurement. In this study, we suggest that by means of the atomic force microscope.
