[19p-PB8-21] Evaluation of the band alignment at α-Al₂O₃/α-Ga₂O₃ heterojunctions

The total ratio of α-(Al_xGa_1-x)₂O₃ is a large band-gap control range, and quantum electronics applications using hetero-structures and superlattices are expected. Therefore, Band Aliments in α-Ga₂O₃/(Al_xGa_1-x)₂O₃ are evaluated. On the other hand, we fabricated a coherent superlattice for this current situation. In this paper, we evaluate the Band Aliments of α-Al₂O₃/Ga₂O₃ hetero junctions.
