Relatively shorter device lifetime in blue organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) compared to green and red OLEDs is one of crucial problems. Thus, the understanding of the degradation mechanism in more detail is essentially required. In this study, we focus on degradation phenomena of OLEDs based on sky-blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) emitters and clarify the degradation mechanisms based on EL spectral change.
