[20a-231A-3] Effect of sintering aid on ferroelectric characteristics, crystal and electronic structure

Lead-based ferroelectric materials have been widely used for electronic devices owing to their excellent ferroelectric properties, but in recent years non-lead materials have attracted attention as an alternative material from the viewpoint of environmental problems.Therefore, in this study, KNbO₃ and KTaO₃ were dissolved in 0.4Bi_0.5K_0.5TiO₃ - 0.6BiFeO₃ (BKTBF) to prepare samples in which CuO, MnO₂ and Bi₂O₃ sintering additives were added, and relation between ferroelectric properties, crystal and electronic structures were investigated.
