For cost reduction, REBCO CC is required to improve the tape production speed. However, there is a issue the crystallinity of REBCO decreases as deposition rate icreases. Therefore, we investigate the multilayer-REGREB technique, to improve deposition rate while keeping crystallinity. On the day, we will present the evaluation of characteristics of the samples fabricated by the multilayer-REGREB, and effectiveness of the multilayer-REGREB.
