LTPS(Low Temperature Polycrystalline Silicon) technology has been widely used for backplanes of LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) display. In recent years, we have applied this technology not only to displays like smartphones, automotibe application, VR(Virtual Reality), and Flexible OLED, but also to non-display like finger print sensors. Recent application of LTPS technology will be described.
