Most of studies on energy transfer dynamics between semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) have been conducted at room temperature. In this work, we investigated the temperature dependence of energy transfer dynamics between CdTe QDs in which the splitting energy between the bright- and dark-exciton states is very small. We have found that the energy transfer rate between CdTe QDs is almost constant regardless of temperature. We discuss experimental results quantitatively on the basis of the Förster model.
