[20p-212B-11] Low-noise and wideband ALMA Band 10 receivers employing High-JC SIS mixers

At NAOJ, we are developing SIS mixers for the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array (ALMA) Band 10 (787-950 GHz) receiver aiming at the receiver maintenance and the upgrade. This time, we will report the design, fabrication and performance of SIS mixers employing high current density SIS junctions. The SIS receiver showed wider bandwidth and much lower noise temperature than the current one installed in the ALMA telescope.
