The purpose of this research is to develop a pre-aligned high performance plasmonic lens by a vertical integration of a micro radial polarization converter embedded dielectric and a plasmonic lens with different plasmonic metasurfaces. By the vertical integration of two part with each characteristic, it is expected to achieve simple and high performance optical element. In this paper, we report a schematic of vertically integrated elements, integration process and integration result.
