Keywords:Scintillator, Radiation detector

Radiation detectors are used in a wide range of fields such as nuclear medicine diagnosis equipment and resource exploration equipment, and scintillators are used for most of them. It has been reported that it has excellent characterisitics in Ce-doped Gd3Ga3Al2O12 (Ce:GAGG) single crystals so far. Futhertmore, it has been reported that shourtening of the lifetime of fluorescence can be achieved by co-doping Mg2+. In this report, we report on the composition analysis and characterization of Ce:GAGG single crystals co-doped with group 4~6 cations by the micro pulling down method.
