Keywords:Flexible film, Radius of curvature, Surface strain

Mechanical analysis of flexible materials is essential for designing high-performance devices. In this study,we examined whether the surface strain of films beat with a constant radius of curvature depends on the aspect ratio of the films. The surface strain of flexible films was analyzed by changes in the distance of diffracted beams. Furthermore, the radius of curvature was calculated from the bent shape analyzed witha CCD camera.
