An atmospheric pressure plasma jet was irradiated to a concrete for 30 minutes.The contact angle of a water drop on the concrete surface after the plasma irradiation decreased from 80 to 0 degree.A hydrophilicity of the concrete surface improved after the plasma irradiation.
