Containing of toxic lead is one of significant problems of lead-halide-perovskite. Although there are many research trying to substitute Pb with Sn, oxidation of Sn(II) is fateful issue. In our research, we have explored new lead-free materials from Bi and Sb-based materials by using ultrafast screening method: Time-Resolved-Microwave-Conductivity (TRMC) measurement. In this study, some Bi-based and Sb-based materials have exhibited high photo-conductivity, which are comparative or even higher than Sn-based perovskite. We have also investigated other important physical property such as photo-current and energy level. Our study suggests the new lead-free materials as substitution for lead-halide-perovskite.
