[20p-PB4-18] Materials Informatics Study on Great Scale Novel Material Search for Perovskite Solar Cells

In order to improve the toxicity of lead-based hybrid perovskites such as MAPbI3, tin-based perovskites as the alternative perovskites have been examined. However, power conversion efficiencies of the alternative perovskite solar cells are relatively low, and enhancement of the efficiency is needed. In this study, a massive and highly efficient material search scheme based on materials informatics was developed and performed for novel perovskite solar cell materials. As the result, double-perovskites promising as solar cell materials were discovered from 28 million AA'BB'X3X'3 compositions.
