Perovskite solar cells are regarded as promising as tandem modules with crystalline Si (c - Si) solar cells because of their band gap tunability. In anticipation of its application to a two-terminal tandem solar cell, it is assumed that PCBM is used as a part of the intermediate layer, but PCBM is eroded by solvent in general wet film formation. Therefore, in this study, good quality planner type perovskite thin film solar cell was fabricated on PCBM by performing PbI2 film by vapor deposition method.
