Since LiCaAlF₆ (LiCAF) has a low effective atomic number and nearly body tissue equivalent, it can be expected to be applied to radiation dosimetry. The TL dosimetry using Ce-doped, Eu-doped, Mn-doped and Tb-doped LiCAF had already been investigated. In this study, the TL dosimetry using the Nd-doped LiCAF single crystal was studied.
