△ [21a-144-3] Investigation of Mechanism for Drug Simulated Molecule Introduction Induced by In-Liquid Plasma
Keywords:in-liquid plasma
We conducted experiments to search of the drug simulated molecules introduction pathway in cells for developing of in-liquid plasma generation device assuming a local and minimally invasive gene or drug molecule introduction technique in the human body. The YOYO-1 introduction was increased by in-liquid plasma treatment and Ruthenium Red addition significantly inhibited the YOYO-1 introduction effect by in-liquid plasma. Ruthenium Red, RR inhibit a cation-permeable channels on cell membrane. It was assumed that the plasma-induced YOYO-1 introduction might be realized by not membrane damage but cellular responses mediated by cation-permeable channels.
