[21a-221A-3] Pulse Generation Behavior of SWNT/ Polyoxometalate(POM) Random Network by Using Strong Reductive POM

In recent years, research on neuron firing devices (devices that generate spike currents and voltages like brain signals using neural networks) attract attention. We have investigated pulse generation properties using H3PMo12O40 molecule which is polyoxometalate (POM) having Keggin structures. As a result, we found that pulse was generated in the POM / SWNT random network at 150 V. Here, pulse generation properties were investigated using POM having tetra (n-butyl) ammonium (TBA) group, (TBA)2[SW12O40], with strong reductive ability in Keggin structure POM.
