Keywords:Diamond nanoparticles, Self-assembled monolayer, Adsorption method

Diamond nanoparticle (DNP) thin films were prepared on Self-Assembled Monolayer (SAM) by adsorption method, and its adsorption process was observed by quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) method. It was suggested that adsorption of diamond nanoparticles occurred only in the case of charged SAM, and its adsorption amount is proportional to the charge amount. From these results, it is considered that the charge of SAM have an important role in adsorption of DNP.
