In laminated devices such as organic EL, the stability of the thin film surface used for each layer is an important factor contributing to the performance of the whole device. However, low molecular weight organic matter is expected to have poor stability against physical and chemical factors. Therefore, we tried to improve the stabilization by molecular fixation by polymerizing organic matter and using it as a polymer.
