[21a-PA3-2] Fluence dependence of pulsed laser ablation in liquids for KSrPO4:Eu, KBaPO4:Eu phosphor
Keywords:pulsed ablation in liquids, phosphor, reduction
In recent years, a technique called pulsed laser ablation in liquids (PLAL) is used for miniaturization of nanomaterials.
However, we found that PLAL can also be applied to the reduction of phosphors doped with rare earth ions.
In addition, we found that the reduction effect is different depending on the wavelength of laser.
In order to clarify this mechanism, this is a report on how PLAL was performed on different host materials and the difference in the reduction effect was discussed.
