[21p-235-6] X-ray CT using pink synchrotron radiation monochromated by metallic filter

Feasibility study of fast X-ray CT using pink synchrotron radiation was performed. X-ray energy was able to be changed from 10 to 30-keV by optimazing metallic elements and the thickness. Fine three-dimansional image of electrolytic capacitor was obtained within 100 seconds measumernt period.
