We have developed ZnSe based ultraviolet (UV) avalanche photodiodes (APDs) using an organic-inorganic hybrid structure with a PEDOT:PSS window layer. In order to obtain an APD device uniformity, we tried to optimize photolithography process for a window layer formation.
