In order to improve the power conversion efficiency of polymer solar cells, we should harvest the solar light over a wide wavelength range from the visible to near-IR region. In this study, we have fabricated ternary blend polymer solar cells based on two donor conjugated polymers and a fullerene derivative or a non-fullerene acceptor.
