水中パルス細線放電法においてNi、Al、Ti、Cuなどの細線を2種類より合わせたより線を用いて、複合ナノ粒子の作製を試みた。その結果、CuとNiをより合わせたより線を用いる事で、CuNiの合金ナノ粒子の作製が確認された。Niに対してAlやTiをより合わせたより線を用いた場合には、NiとAlやTiの酸化物が確認された。
