Optical phased array will play an important role for many applications, such as remote sensing and free space optical communication. It can control not only directivity angle, but also beam pattern without mechanical movement. In recent years, optical phased array has been expected that it can propagate through atomosphere without any effect of atomospheric turbance. In this paper we show the result of study on suppression of atomospheric disturbance effect by using optical phased array.
