For the first time, in this work we experimentally investigate a QCSE-based multiple-quantum-well (MQW) Stokes vector modulator. Feasibility of polarization modulation is demonstrated by fabricating the device on the offset quantum well (OQW) platform by employing a single regrowth using metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD).
