Numerical simulation methods based on from microscopic to macroscopic theories for superconductivity are introduced. Numerical results using Bogoliubov-de Gennes equations for nano-sized superconductors are shown. Especially, transition temperature of nano-sized superconductors and impurity effect on them are discussed. Also results from numerical simulations using molecular dynamics method on quantized flux (vortex) dynamics are shown. Especially, melting transition of vortex lattice in nano-sized superconductors is discussed.
