Graphene nanoribbon has been expected as a semiconducting material because it has a bandgap depending on its width. However, synthesizing it on dielectric substrates in high throughput is still difficult. Here, we applied the high degree reduction and restoration method that we had developed to the nanoribbon made from carbon nanotube on hexagonal boron nitride.
