We have recently reported that the temperature coefficient TC of many commercial c-Si PV modules are expressed by TC = (V - nEg/q)/T*. We will discuss the equation for various kinds of PV cells and modules, and also investigate tranlation of the I-V curves and other applications. *Y. Hishikawa et al., IEEE J.
