We manufacture back-contact type solar cells, and we were producing amorphous Si solar cells. Utilizing these technologies, we have applied cheap patterning technology that does not use photolithography technology to hetero back-contact type solar cells, and has promoted the mass production technology development. At this time, we realized high conversion efficiency exceeding 25% in practical size (area 240.3 cm2).
