Keywords:solar cell, heterojunction, carrier selective contact

We report on our attempt to establish fundamental technologies that contribute to the realization of next generation high performance heterojunction solar cells by putting emphasis on importance of interface control. For example, heterojunctions with carrier selective materials such as titanium oxide and copper iodide on silicon, as well as highly doped polycrystalline silicon on tunnel oxide film will be introduced.
